I like to do each way doubles.
If you are not a sporting person a double works like this:
Each horse has a price, so you are betting on two horses to place,
that is to come in the first two or three.
7 or less runners have only first and second and greater than that 3 places. A place is what you get paid on. we try to give ourselves as much chance as possible to be in the money.
When you place an each way bet you do it at a price and that is set against the price of the horse and that way you get a good return.
That was the fast start school of learning.
